Keith delivers straightforward practical solutions, which make compliance easy with his extensive commercial experience in licensing and AFS Licensee compliance management.


Heading up Licensee Compliance Solutions ("LCS"), he works with AFS Licensees whose activities include Personal and General Advice, Deal by Issuing, Dealing on behalf of another, Underwriting, MDA's, operating MIS’ & RE’s, Incidental Custodial and Depository Service, amongst others.


LCS support Licensees as independent outsourced providers and subject matter experts providing advice, resources, industry insight and know-how that is current and compliant. Where engaged, performing many of the Licensees compliance tasks with ongoing compliance services and support; while transferring IP to directors, management and working with key personnel within the licensee.

Keith is also a qualified financial advisor and a Responsible Manager.
